CL Ceramics
Catherine makes her ceramics locally in her studio. Most vessels are wheel thrown. The pieces are bisque fired before being fired to 1000 degrees in a raku kiln. They are removed whilst red hot and placed in wood shavings. The glaze crackles in the intense heat and smoke pentrates the ceramic creating black areas where the piece is unglazed. This creates completely individual results each time and every pot is absolutely unique.

Fisher's Homes & AntiquesKirsty & James set up Fishers' Homes and Antiques during Lockdown, and, given their eye for picking up beautiful mid century pieces, you won't have to look far to find something unique!
Kirsty stocks up the shop every couple of weeks, so keep coming back to have a look and see if there is something new....
