Strickland&Holt, in the heart of Yarm, has a loyal customer following and Coffee Shop with established online sales through our recently updated website. We are offering flexible spaces on our 1st floor with online presence, a space on our 1st floor, or online only.
StrickiesHubhas been set up as a Creative Collective of like minded people who may have been working out of their own houses and growing their business through online sales and social media. It may take a while to get going, but we already have amazing food created onsite and once all this Covid-19 is over, you'll be in a prime position to be capitalising on everyone who's craving face to face social contact!

Exhibition SpaceWelcome to the Creative Collective! We are looking for those who want to take the next step and be part of a community - definitely made great by the sum of its parts! Access to StrickiesHub from the High Street, is through the beautiful courtyard and up the stairs up to 1st floor. At the top is a central area that is dedicated to all things creative. We are looking for people to either have a presence to make your items, do your thing, sell your items or all of the above! You can either choose to be part of the day to day running of the space, or just exhibit your goods. Oh and did we say that we have space that you can conduct workshops from?? Workshop/Collaboration Space We have two amazing areas for your activities - such as conducting workshops, having a popup market stall, doing a photography shoot - you name it! We have two rooms, the Courtyard room with big windows overlooking the courtyard and the smaller Library Room, a very private space at the other end of the building, overlooking the car park.
The space is offered in morning and afternoon slots, with the Courtyard Room available with evening slots as it is separate from the Designer/Maker space.
