We’re all about fresh, made-in-house food using the finest ingredients — from our much-loved scones, cakes, and granary Yarm Loaf to our famous Yarm Salad Dressing, still made to a secret recipe.
With a spacious indoor setting and outdoor seating for sunny days, it’s a welcoming spot all year round. Alongside our classics, you’ll always find seasonal favourites and new creations to discover, making every visit a little different.

YARM SALAD DRESSING
Loved what you tasted in our coffee shop? Take a little of it home with a bottle of our very own Yarm Salad Dressing.
Made in Yarm from a closely guarded family recipe for over 40 years, it’s become a firm favourite for good reason. Once you’ve tried it, it’s hard to imagine a salad without it.
Perfect for lifting everyday dishes, it’s a simple way to add something special to your cooking. With a long shelf life and no artificial preservatives, it’s a staple worth keeping in your kitchen.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
You’ll find Strickland & Holt right in the heart of Yarm High Street — easy to spot on the right-hand side as you head north. Pop TS15 9AE into your sat nav and you’ll be here in no time.
We also have a large free customer car park to the rear of the store. Simply head down Central Wynd (just to the left of Boots, next door to us), turn right when you reach the river, then right again into the car park.
If you’re parking on the cobbles along the High Street, it’s now pay and display — but you do get your first hour free. Just don’t forget to pick up and display your ticket.
