Multi-coloured fair trade recycled rag rug made from leftovers and waste pieces from the garment industry.

Please note that colours will vary slightly due to the recycled nature of materials used.

As this rug is made from recycled materials, we cannot guarantee that it is colour-fast.

Shared Earth began as a small shop in York in 1986. Jeremy Piercy, founder and Managing Director, travelled to India after leaving school and wanted to do something to help redress the imbalance of wealth in the world, work together with people from different cultures, and at the same time earn a living. Fair Trade was the obvious answer and the original shop contained a wide mix of products from Asia, Africa and South America. Also high on the agenda was addressing environmental problems and the shop was an excellent way of making recycled and sustainable products available and publicising the issues.

Delivery + Returns
Delivery
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or UPS depending on the size of the parcel, and each order requires a signature to release the parcel to the customer.
UK - Standard Delivery costs £4.50 and takes between 2-4 days. Next day Delivery costs £8.00 [within the UK delivery]. International Delivery will vary depending on the location, simply add your delivery address at the checkout for a more accurate quote. Returns
Returned items should be in their original packaging and condition (including the story book) and sent back within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. To claim a refund or an exchange please complete a returns form stating the reason for the return or exchange. If not within 28 days the refund you will instead receive a credit or evoucher on your account which will remain valid for up to 1 year. For further information please read our returns page.
